live cd reset administrator account windows
Download Ultimate Boot CD and burn it to a CD or USB thumb drive. Boot the machine from UBCD and from the menu choose:
- HDD
- Data Recovery
- Offline NT Password & Registry Editor
Follow the steps choosing the Windows 7 partition and using the defaults until you get to the list of users. At this point you can unlock user accounts and blank out the passwords.
