Opera Mini on Ubuntu

I’m using Ubuntu 9.04 and I wanted to be able to run Opera Mini for testing web sites:

1. Download MicroEmulator from here (or direct version 2.0.3)
2. Extract the tar file and run the jar with: java -jar microemulator.jar
3. In the Window that opens from the menubar choose Options > Select Device > Add
4. Browse to the extracted tar contents and from the ‘devices’ folder choose ‘microemu-device-resizable.jar’
5. Set this device as the default
6. From the menu bar choose File > Open JAD URL and enter the following address:
   

   http://mini.opera.com/download-4/opera-mini-latest-advanced-ine.jad
   

7. Choose ‘Opera Mini’ from the menu and start browsing!
