Setting up the email account for Outlook results in the message:
“The action cannot be completed. The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action.”
The server address I had used had an outdated certificate. I was able to add the account by providing the actual mailbox server name.
