Exchange 2007 Event Viewer reports errors such as:
Failed to create a new named property for database "First Storage Group\Mailbox Database 1" because the number of named properties reached the quota limit (11000).
User attempting to create the named property: "CLIENTACCESSHOST$"
Named property GUID: 00020386-0000-0000-c000-000000000046
Named property name/id: "x-rc-host"
It seems that Exchange 2007 is limited in the number of custom headers it can store in its database to 16000. Receiving the above error means we have to increase the limits (up to 16000) or rebuild the database.
To increase the limit:
On each mailbox machine run regedit and find the key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\<Server Name>\<Database Type-GUID>
